Privacy Policy – EterGam Crypto
Last updated: October 01, 2025
Introduction
EterGam Crypto is a mobile application developed and maintained by EterGam Informatika.
Our commitment to privacy is rooted in a simple principle: your data belongs to you. The app is designed to function entirely without collecting or storing any personal information.
Data Collection and Processing
EterGam Crypto does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.
The application does not request permissions unrelated to its core purpose and never accesses contacts, location, files, or identifiers on your device.
No third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks are integrated.
Application Functionality
The app displays cryptocurrency prices and staking/minting calculations using free, publicly available APIs, primarily from Coinbase and other reputable market data providers.
All operations occur locally on your device, and no user accounts, logins, or credentials are required.
The application’s communication with backend servers is limited to anonymous subscription validation and data retrieval through secure HTTPS connections.
User Rights
Since no personal data is collected or stored, requests for access, correction, or deletion under GDPR are not applicable.
Users retain complete control over their app usage and can uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally cached data.
The app also includes a built-in option to manually delete all locally stored information within the app settings.
For convenience, the app provides a secure export and import feature, allowing users to back up or restore their data locally on their own device.
Security
All data exchanges are encrypted via HTTPS.
The application supports device-level security options such as fingerprint authentication, PIN, or other protection mechanisms offered by the user’s device operating system.
EterGam Informatika maintains secure infrastructure and does not store any identifiable user records.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect service updates or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available within the App and on our official website.
Privacy Policy – EterGam Reporter LIVE
Last updated: December 31, 2025
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how EterGam Informatika (“EterGam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes
information when you use the mobile application EterGam Reporter LIVE (the “App”).
Developer / Data Controller: EterGam Informatika
Application: EterGam Reporter LIVE
Contact email: support@etergam.com
Jurisdiction: European Union (Slovenia)
What EterGam Reporter LIVE does
EterGam Reporter LIVE helps users identify potential spam, scam, and unwanted phone calls,
submit reports for suspicious numbers, and display on-screen warning bubbles during incoming
calls. The App uses country-specific, read-only local databases and is designed to operate with
minimal data collection.
Data processed on your device (never collected)
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): Used only locally to prevent known contacts from being marked as
spam. Contacts are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted.
Call logs (READ_CALL_LOG): Used only locally for detection logic. Call log data never leaves your
device.
Notification access: Used solely to detect incoming calls. Notification content is not read or stored.
None of the above data leaves your device.
Data we collect to provide the service
Pseudonymous user identifier (“unik_id”): Generated on first launch and used to manage
subscriptions, free trials, and report ownership. It does not directly identify you.
Country selection: Required to deliver the correct local database.
Reported phone numbers: Submitted voluntarily when you report spam or scam numbers.
Subscription status: Activation date, plan, expiry date, and a pseudonymous user reference.
Technical logs
Minimal technical logs (such as IP address, timestamp, endpoint accessed, and response status
code) are temporarily retained for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostic purposes.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds under the GDPR:
• Art. 6(1)(b) – Performance of a contract (spam detection, reporting features, subscriptions).
• Art. 6(1)(f) – Legitimate interest (infrastructure security, fraud and abuse prevention).
• Art. 6(1)(a) – Consent (granting Android permissions).
How data is used
Data is used strictly to provide spam detection, enable reporting features, manage subscriptions,
prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the infrastructure.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share user-level data with third parties. Data is processed only by trusted service
providers acting as processors for hosting or security purposes. We do not use data for advertising,
profiling, or cross-app tracking. Legal disclosure requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and
only when legally required.
Data retention
User-submitted reports are retained as long as they remain relevant. Pseudonymous user
identifiers and subscription data are retained while the account remains active. Technical logs are
rotated and automatically deleted after approximately 30 days.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption,
server hardening, access controls, and rate limiting, to protect data against unauthorized access or
misuse.
Children’s privacy
EterGam Reporter LIVE is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly
collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability
of your data, as well as the right to object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
Requests can be sent to support@etergam.com.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect service updates or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available within the App and on our official website.
