EterGam Vault is a high-security, offline-first application for people who take digital privacy seriously. It follows a strict zero-knowledge design — meaning no one, including us, can access your data.

All data stays on the device. The app uses modern encryption, local key derivation, and isolated vault structures. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no hidden cloud synchronization.

Security principles include no password recovery, no backdoors, and no key escrow. If access credentials are lost, data cannot be restored — by design.

This build is a Preview Release intended for testing and evaluation. Features, behavior, and internal logic may still change. Do not store critical or irreplaceable data in this version. Additional information is available below.

EterGam Vault is a fully offline, zero-knowledge secure vault.

EterGam Vault follows a strict privacy model: no advertising frameworks, no tracking of user activity, and no external data collection. Certain device-derived information may be processed locally on the device strictly for internal security purposes. This information never leaves the device and is never shared.

The application does not establish any network connections during normal operation.

Vault protection

EterGam Vault includes protection mechanisms designed to prevent unauthorized access attempts. Repeated failed unlock attempts trigger a progressively increasing cooldown period before another unlock attempt can be performed.

The application also verifies vault integrity to detect inconsistencies that could indicate manipulation or tampering of the vault container.

User responsibility

EterGam Vault is designed for strong data protection. Because of this, there is no password recovery mechanism. If the vault password is lost and no backup exists, encrypted data cannot be recovered. This behavior is intentional and reflects the application's security model.

Preview release

The version currently available on this page is a Preview Release. While the core architecture and security logic are implemented, some features and interface elements may still evolve before the final stable release.

Do not store critical or irreplaceable data in the preview version.

Certain device-derived information may be processed locally on the device strictly for internal security purposes, including vault integrity validation and device protection mechanisms. This information never leaves the device, is never shared, and is not used for tracking, analytics, or profiling.

3. Data Storage

All vault data is stored locally on the user’s device in encrypted form. EterGam Vault does not store user data on remote servers and does not provide cloud synchronization.

4. Data Sharing

EterGam Vault does not share user data with third parties, advertisers, analytics providers, cloud services, or external APIs. No user data is shared with third parties under any circumstances.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to the use of EterGam Vault, a fully offline, zero-knowledge secure vault application provided by EterGam Informatika.

By using EterGam Vault, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your vault password, backups, exported files, and stored data.

1. Use of the Application

EterGam Vault is intended to protect sensitive data locally on the user’s device. The application must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Offline and Local Operation

EterGam Vault operates locally on the user’s device and does not include cloud synchronization, remote account access, server-side storage, or online recovery services.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for creating, remembering, and protecting your vault password. You are also responsible for maintaining any backups or exported files you choose to create.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains secure and protected against unauthorized access, malware, physical compromise, or operating system-level attacks.

4. No Password Recovery

EterGam Vault does not provide password recovery. If your vault password is lost, forgotten, or destroyed, the encrypted data cannot be recovered.

EterGam Informatika cannot access, decrypt, reset, restore, or recover user vaults, passwords, backups, exports, or encrypted data.

5. Backups and Exports

Backup and export operations are controlled by the user. Any backup or exported file must be stored and protected by the user.

EterGam Informatika is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, misplaced, overwritten, leaked, or inaccessible backups or exported files.

6. Data Loss

Data loss may occur due to lost passwords, device failure, accidental deletion, operating system behavior, storage corruption, user error, software updates, device reset, uninstalling the application, or other events outside the control of EterGam Informatika.

The user accepts full responsibility for maintaining valid access credentials and secure backup copies where needed.

7. Security Limitations

EterGam Vault is designed to provide strong local data protection. However, no software can guarantee absolute security under all conditions.

The application cannot protect data if the device is compromised by malware, root-level access, physical attacks, operating system vulnerabilities, screen capture tools, unsafe user behavior, or disclosure of passwords.

8. Lawful Use

You agree not to use EterGam Vault for unlawful purposes or to store, conceal, create, distribute, or manage illegal content.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all stored content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

9. No Monitoring of User Content

EterGam Vault does not monitor, inspect, upload, analyze, or transmit user vault contents. Stored data remains local to the user’s device.

Because of this local and zero-knowledge design, EterGam Informatika cannot review or control what users store inside the application.

10. Application Updates

EterGam Vault may receive updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility, stability, or user experience.

Users are responsible for keeping the application updated and for maintaining backups before performing significant device, operating system, or application changes.

11. Availability

EterGam Vault is provided as a local application. EterGam Informatika does not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device, operating system version, or hardware configuration.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

EterGam Vault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EterGam Informatika disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, compatibility, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EterGam Informatika shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use EterGam Vault.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access, loss of backups, loss of exported files, device failure, business interruption, security incidents caused by user behavior, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised devices or disclosed passwords.

14. Privacy

Use of EterGam Vault is also governed by the EterGam Vault Privacy Policy, which explains how the application handles privacy and local security-related processing.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when the application changes or when legal, operational, or security requirements require clarification.
